Responsibilities
Manage kitchen budgets and inventory efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality food delivery.
Lead and manage the Kitchen team, providing mentorship and leadership.
Maintain consistently high standards and apply creative flair to showcase quality ingredients.
Drive success in a high-pressure environment while maintaining the standards of the Radisson brand.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in managing a professional kitchen team within a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
Technical Skills: Excellent technical cooking skills and an eye for detail.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a passion for creating extraordinary service.
Problem-Solving: A creative problem-solver capable of handling the 'heat' of a busy kitchen.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a management team to ensure overall hotel success.
