Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Product Delivery

• Ensure timely delivery of products to depots based on warehouse schedules.
• Take full responsibility for the stock being transported, ensuring that the loaded quantities match the invoices exactly.
• Maintain and articulate professional work ethics and company values at all times.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to sudden changes in delivery schedules or programs.
• Strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided for drivers.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer care through effective communication.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers and stakeholders.

Vehicle Maintenance & Wellness

• Monitor the vehicle's maintenance cycle and ensure its overall well-being.
• Practice fuel-efficient driving techniques.
• Ensure the truck and any designated work areas are kept clean, both inside and out.
• Verify that trucks are in good working condition before and after use.

Safety and Compliance

• Wear all required protective clothing and gear while on duty.
• Promptly report any breakages, accidents, or irregularities and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Strictly adhere to all company health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Possession of a valid driving license (minimum 3 years validity).
• The role is tagged as requiring a BA/BSc/HND qualification as per the standard company recruitment criteria.
• Ability to demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.
