This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, including customers, sales managers, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth customs clearance in compliance with regulations.\n\n### Areas of Responsibility\n* Ensure receipt and verification of all required documents and permits.\n* Follow up on air and sea manifests to ensure accuracy.\n* Nominate containers before arrival at Mombasa port.\n* Register customs entries for all regimes.\n* Tabulate customs charges and share estimates with internal and external stakeholders.\n* Liaise with shipping lines for charges and delivery orders.\n* Maintain compliance with ISO and industry regulations.\n* Comply with the company's data protection policy.\n\n### Requirements\n* Diploma in Clearing & Forwarding.\n* KESRA Training with iCMS credentials.\n* Proven 5 years of working experience as a declarant.\n* Certified by KRA with iCMS credentials and Ken Trade Training.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online by visiting the application portal at .
