Flexi Personnel is seeking dedicated Hatchery Workers to join their Eggs and Chicks departments. This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency and hygiene of poultry hatchery operations, requiring strict adherence to health protocols and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute assigned tasks in the Eggs & Chicks departments efficiently and accurately.
Perform all required cleaning and disinfecting activities at the Hatchery to maintain high hygiene standards.
Comply with all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors at all times.
Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure operational excellence.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
KCSE certificate.
A Diploma or Certificate qualification in any relevant field.
2 years’ experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge in Poultry hatchery operations.
Competencies & Skills
Good communication skills.
Above average numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of poultry sanitation and biosecurity.
