Role Overview
Pari Graphics Ltd is a specialized company involved in printing and signage solutions, including custom signage, design, assembling, and installation. We are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer based in Nairobi who can bridge the gap between creative design and physical production. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys both the creative process in software and the hands-on aspect of manufacturing and installing branding materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphic designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for various branding and signage projects.
Machine Operation: Operate printing and production machines to translate digital designs into physical products.
Production & Finishing: Execute hands-on tasks including printing, cutting, finishing, and assembling signage materials.
Site Installation: Assist with the physical installation of signage and branding materials at client locations.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical input for the preparation of client quotations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure strict quality control across all production stages and final installations.
Requirements
Experience: Mid-level professional experience in graphic design (specifically looking for non-entry-level candidates).
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the printing, signage, or branding production industry is a significant advantage.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in both a creative design office and a hands-on production environment.
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong teamwork abilities.
