Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Media Buying & Automation) will be a key driver in the planning and execution of the company's end-to-end digital marketing efforts. The role involves developing comprehensive strategies that align with growth objectives, managing search engine optimization, and overseeing media buying across various paid channels to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Marketing Management: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company growth objectives and brand positioning.
SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Content Development & Creation: Oversee the creation and development of compelling content across all digital platforms.
Digital Campaign Management & Media Buying: Liaise with external agencies to implement and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and LinkedIn.
Digital PR: Manage digital public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility online.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with a demonstrated track record of achieving traffic, lead, and conversion targets.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation software.
Campaign Management: Previous experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and dashboard reporting for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: KES 100,000 - 130,000 plus company benefits.
