About the Role
InEvent is launching a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program open to students and recent graduates from all around the world. The program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold. You gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while also contributing to the overall goal of our company. The program will run for 40 hours per week for one year and is fully remote. Successful participants get paid while learning and developing these skills, and at the end of the program, there is a possibility of transitioning to a full-time basis with InEvent.
Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/personnel records and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes by analyzing departmental needs and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes.
Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other administrative functions.
Liaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage social media pages with visuals that represent the company.
Develop and execute candidate-facing communication on social media and job recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns.
Provide support in designing and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness.
Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.
Assist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, and terminations.
Pre-requisites
6+ months of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding.
Experience with HRIS and hiring processes.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and initiative.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must own a personal laptop (Mac or Windows) and a mobile device (iOS or Android).
