Job Description
Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is a global management consulting firm that helps people make significant improvements to their business performance and realize their most important career goals. We are seeking a General Clerk to join our team in Nairobi. The role is focused on the tactical execution of warehouse operations, including accurate order picking, shipping, and maintaining an organized and safe storage environment for spare parts.
Responsibilities
Perform order picking from various customers while following the SLA defined Metrics.
Ensure on time picking and shipping of customers’ orders without errors.
Ensure parts are binned correctly as guided by the operations procedures and in compliance with the client’s standards.
Ensure zero incidences/accidents by always ensuring 100% compliance with the health and safety policies and timely reporting of any incidences/injuries on duty/near misses to the warehouse coordinator.
100% participation in the 5S implementation and sustenance.
100% compliance with the housekeeping standards and SOPs.
Any other duties assigned as per the SLA.
Requirements and Skills
Degree in Supply chain management.
B+ or above in KCSE.
At least 1 year experience in a warehouse set up.
Experience in spare parts management is an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
