Smollan is an international retail solutions company delivering growth for clients across five continents by covering every aspect of how a Brand is managed at the point of sale. We are currently seeking a GA Business Sales Consultant for Stanbic (Kenya).
Role Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to drive growth through new client onboarding and the uptake of various Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) solutions, including transactional services, lending, investments, insurance, and trade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Resolve problems or complaints obtained from customers and probe for potential future needs.
Product Promotion: Drive the uptake of various SME solutions including transactional, lending, investments, insurance, and trade solutions. Increase revenue through maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
Customer Experience: Obtain and share client product satisfaction feedback with the business. Conduct pre-profiling of new customers to gain feedback on their uptake experience.
Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business code of ethics. Responsible for the adoption of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions related requirements. Ensure onboarding of quality business through due diligence.
Process Improvement: Compile common service breakdown points aimed at process improvement and proactively address client pain points.

Customer Growth through new-to-bank client onboarding.
