Pioneer Assurance Company Ltd is looking for a Frontline Sales Supervisor. This role requires strong leadership, sales execution, and team development skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of Direct Sales Representatives to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve a minimum monthly premium target through personal and team performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of up to 12 Direct Sales Representatives with the help of the Business Development Officer (BDO).
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team.
Drive team productivity and ensure consistent pipeline development.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business Administration (BCom - Insurance Option), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Professional certification - COP (Certificate of Proficiency) is an added advantage.
0-2 years' experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
