Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service while supporting and guiding the reception team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Manage guest accounts, billing, and Front Office reports.
Monitor room inventory and support revenue optimization.
Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain service standards.
Prepare staff duty rosters and support team training and performance management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' Front Office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
