Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team at Kinetic Controls Limited. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and highly computer literate, with strong administrative and procurement experience. You will be responsible for providing a professional first point of contact for the company and supporting various administrative and procurement tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain office and supplier records with accuracy.
Provide general administrative support to management.
Assist with procurement processes and supplier coordination.
Assist with office operations and daily tasks.
Prepare and manage basic budgets.
File and track daily expenses and receipts.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Experience in procurement is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Basic budgeting and financial record-keeping skills.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Certificate in procurement or office management is an added advantage.
Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills.
