Glee Nairobi is a 5-star luxury hotel nestled in the leafy suburb of Runda, close to Nairobi's UN and Diplomatic enclaves. Set amid 8 acres of lush landscapes, this city hotel with a resort feel features: 211 exquisitely designed rooms & suites, 6 distinctive restaurants & bars, Spa, Pool, Kids Club, Nightclub, 9 versatile meeting rooms, and 2 stunning ballrooms. We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our diverse culinary and service teams.
Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary and beverage operations of the hotel. This includes ensuring the highest standards of luxury service are maintained across all 6 outlets and banquet facilities while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
Ensure adherence to 5-star luxury service standards and protocols.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team.
Oversee multiple restaurant, bar, and event outlets simultaneously.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food service areas.
Drive customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or a relevant field.
Experience: 7–8 years’ professional experience in Food & Beverage management.
Expertise: Proven background within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
Management: Specific experience managing multiple outlets is required.
Leadership: Must be an agile, dynamic, and service-driven leader.
Desirable: International exposure is highly preferred.
