Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Machakos. The Financial Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situations, and provide tailored recommendations on savings, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial needs analyses, prepare and present financial plans, monitor client portfolios, and schedule regular review meetings to adjust strategies as needed.
Educate clients on ICEA LION Group’s products and services.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and contribute to business growth through client retention and acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant academic qualifications (BA/BSc/HND) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Professional certifications in financial planning or advisory are an added advantage.
Strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design and implement comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients.
Solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze options, manage portfolios, and guide clients toward suitable financial products.
Proven Financial Advisory skills to build trust, provide clear recommendations, and support clients through key financial decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and ethical judgment.
Ability to work effectively with diverse clients, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets in an on-site environment in Machakos.
