The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services, focusing on retirement planning and investments. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to clients.
Offer expertise in retirement planning and investment strategies.
Develop and implement personalized financial plans for individuals.
Meet and exceed set targets through aggressive and result-oriented activities.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Work independently with minimal supervision, managing a flexible schedule effectively.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a Diploma in related fields.
KCSE certificate with a mean grade of C and at least a C- in English and Mathematics.
Prior experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented.
Remuneration
Remuneration for this position is commission-based. It includes additional incentives for highly productive Financial Advisors, such as fully paid international trips.
