We are seeking an Eligibility Representative to join our international division. This role is responsible for delivering administrative duties and business services within the Eligibility department, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of benefit eligibility data and providing high-quality technical support to internal and external clients.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver administrative duties and other business services within the Eligibility department.
Implement and maintain eligibility for benefits.
Implement, update, and maintain automated, direct connect, and manual eligibility data.
Interact with internal and external clients and vendors to resolve issues.
Generate reports from the system, identify, and resolve discrepancies.
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities in the department.
Negotiate and resolve eligibility matters with clients.
Provide technical support for electronic processes of eligibility.
Ensure customer data is installed accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with clients’ data formats and internal systems to resolve errors and technical issues.
Requirements and Skills
Possess a Degree or a Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Excellent knowledge of English and proficiency in French, Spanish, or German.
Excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Good technical and reporting skills.
Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written/verbal communication.
Positive thinker capable of working meticulously against tight deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information discretely.
Structured and organized approach to handling files.
