DHL is seeking a Finance Trainee to conduct tasks and activities related to Controlling and Accounting as per established standards and guidelines. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their finance careers within a global logistics leader. Trainees will perform data validation, administer financial processes (such as Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay), and prepare analysis reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Controlling & Accounting: Perform tasks and activities related to Controlling and Accounting as per laid down standards and guidelines.
Process Administration: Administer finance processes and policies related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g., a combination of RTR, PTP, and Controlling activities) for the defined organization under supervision.
Data Management & Quality: Perform tasks/interactions that mostly address immediate finance issues such as producing and validating data and numbers to improve the quality of internal and external financial data.
Analysis & Reporting: Gather data and information and perform analysis of financial studies to prepare summary reports for management and to develop forward-looking financial insights.
Stakeholder Support: Provide input on interpretation and understanding of finance matters, explaining facts, processes, and practices to customers and colleagues within the sub-function.
Networking: Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen organizational, product, and market knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification (second upper class or its equivalent).
Experience: Fresh Graduates (Entry-level).
Role Type: Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
