Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in:
- Driving financial planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
- Providing margin, pricing, and profitability insights to support business growth.
- Strengthening cash-flow management, credit control, and liquidity planning.
- Ensuring compliance with KRA requirements (VAT, PAYE, Corporate Tax).
- Supporting large-scale project evaluations, tenders, and financial modeling.
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance and accounts team.
- Partnering closely with sales, operations, supply chain, and regional finance teams.
Qualifications and Experience
We are particularly interested in professionals with the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience, preferably within the construction chemicals, building materials, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of both local market dynamics and international reporting standards (IFRS), coupled with proven ability to maintain full compliance with Kenyan regulatory requirements (KRA).
