
National Drought Management Authority
The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) Act, 2016. Its mandate is to exercise overall coordination over all matters relating to drought risk management and establish mechanisms to end drought emergencies in Kenya. The Finance & Accounts function entails the application of sound principles, systems, and techniques in accounting for finances, assets, revenue, expenditure, and costs. This role is crucial for the management of accounting information, coordination of estimates, cash flow control, and cost analysis.
