Field Engineer - Wireline

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, internal teams, regions, and functions to integrate, develop, and execute from handover to installation and services.
• Integrate the customer and Baker Hughes organization to successfully execute commitments on time and within budget.
• Build strong long-term relationships with customers in the region.
• Lead project teams to effectively execute using project routines including integrated planning.
• Serve as the single point of ownership for BH and customer for wing-to-wing execution, managing cost, delivery, and quality control.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets including Revenue, Contribution Margin (CM), Cash, Past Dues, and Operating Margin (OM).
• Manage the commercial execution operating rhythms, including Project Margin Reviews (PMRs) and QMIs.
• Drive utilization and reallocation of resources in-country aligned to the S&OP process.
• Escalate commercial issues and other execution risks affecting commitment delivery.
• Partner with customers, sales/commercial, and regions to develop and execute strategies for growing Services & Offshore offerings.
• Participate in project handover procedures making sure project teams have locked in all requirements.
• Provide coaching, encouragement, motivation, and development to project teams.
• Promote and own a working environment to achieve excellence in HSE, Quality, Compliance, Customer Service, and Productivity.
• Manage the allocation of personnel for the safe and timely execution of production enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or technical college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading operations in the oil & gas upstream sector (e.g., subsea equipment refurbishment & repairs, subsea drilling, subsea installations, subsea completions, surface pressure control systems).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading oil & gas upstream services business units or departments with accountability for service delivery and profitability.
• Project management experience in oil & gas upstream or adjacent industries.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, HSE, and Quality.
• Strong communication skills with a close working relationship with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Proven ability to communicate with external stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Capability to work in simultaneous offshore operations understanding customer's needs and criticality.
• Ability to leverage knowledge of customers' operational needs to identify opportunities for new services.
