Role Overview\n\nAmentum is a global leader in designing, engineering, and modernizing critical systems and programs of national importance across defense, security, intelligence, energy, and the environment. We are seeking a Facilities Investment Manager responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the facilities investment program. This role ensures efficient operation, maintenance, and development of facilities in accordance with contract requirements, requiring strong leadership and multi-disciplinary management experience.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n\n* Manage the overall Facilities Investment program, ensuring maintenance, repair, and improvements align with contractual obligations.\n* Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of facility investment projects for timely and cost-efficient delivery.\n* Develop and implement operational goals and plans to enhance the long-term value and functionality of managed facilities.\n\n\n* Lead multi-disciplinary teams responsible for facility improvement and maintenance activities.\n* Ensure effective communication with government representatives, contractors, and team members.\n* Proactively solve problems and address challenges to maintain performance metrics.\n\n\n* Remain available during standard Government working hours for day-to-day operations.\n* Respond to contingencies or emergencies, ensuring on-site availability within two (2) hours when required.\n\n\n* Oversee adherence to Government standards, policies, and contract requirements.\n* Prepare management reports, including program performance, status updates, and improvement recommendations.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n\n* Minimum of ten (10) years as a Facilities Manager or in a closely related occupation managing a multi-disciplinary environment.\n* Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA/MSc/MA) in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.\n* Proven track record of managing teams and projects in complex environments.\n* Knowledge of facilities management best practices, maintenance strategies, cost control, and project management.\n* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.\n* Ability to respond to emergencies on-site within 2 hours.
