Job Description
Hatua Likoni is seeking Facilitators to join their team in Mombasa. This role is an ideal opportunity for recent college graduates who have a strong passion for youth development and community impact. The successful candidates will work within the community to support educational initiatives and mentor young people, helping to reduce the barriers to education in the Likoni region.
Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for children and youth.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students within the Likoni Scholarship Fund.
Engage with community members and stakeholders to support program objectives.
Monitor the progress of youth participants and contribute to program development.
Support administrative tasks related to youth development activities.
Requirements
Must be a holder of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Must be based within Mombasa County.
Suitable for recent college graduates with a clear passion for youth development.
Previous experience working with children and youth is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong facilitation and group management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
High level of empathy and passion for mentorship.
Ability to work effectively within a community-based NGO environment.
