About the Role
Kiharu Technical College Murang'a is seeking an Executive Secretary to support the Office of the Director. This position involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication workflows, and maintaining the confidentiality of key institutional records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the Office of the Director.
Maintain secure and organized record-keeping systems.
Perform general office management duties and handle inquiries.
Ensure high-level confidentiality of office operations and documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and office management systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, and robust record management skills.
Ethical Standards: Outstanding ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
