Job Description
Weston Hotel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to join our team. This leadership position is designed for a professional who is committed to service excellence, operational leadership, and maintaining premium hospitality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping department, ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas remain a comfortable and luxurious 'home away from home' for our discerning business and holiday guests.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide strategic leadership and management to the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Drive a culture of service excellence to enhance the guest experience.
Oversee the maintenance of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities inventories.
Maintain quality control through regular inspections of rooms and public spaces.
Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, Front Office) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead staff training and development to ensure adherence to hotel protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in housekeeping management within high-standard hospitality environments.
Proven leadership capability with experience managing large teams.
In-depth knowledge of hospitality service standards and operational workflows.
