Executive Driver (Director's Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Transport the Director and senior management to various destinations in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
• Plan travel routes efficiently, taking traffic and road conditions into account to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, such as monitoring oil, fuel, water levels, and tire pressure.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.

Requirements

• KCSE Certificate or its equivalent with a minimum grade of a D plain.
• Valid Driving License (with valid classes for passenger and commercial vehicles under the current NTSA guidelines).
• Defensive Driving Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• At least five (5) years of relevant driving experience, preferably serving senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
