Executive Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Ensure timely and safe transportation of the CEO to various destinations.
• Emergency Management: Effectively handle unexpected situations such as roadblocks, traffic diversions, and vehicle breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all road safety guidelines and regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance and cleanliness, including regular inspections, oil changes, and maintaining accurate service records.
• Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through courteous and friendly service.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption while ensuring punctuality.
• Reporting: Operate the vehicle effectively and report any technical issues or defects immediately.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Director with various ad hoc tasks, errands, and deliveries as requested.
• Confidentiality: Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: KCSE Certificate; additional certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Licensing: Valid Driver’s license (DL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an executive or corporate driver.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of road safety regulations and Nairobi city routes.
