UNICEF is seeking a highly qualified Executive Associate (G-6) to support the Global Programme Division within the Nutrition and Child Development Center of Excellence (COE) in Nairobi. This role is essential for providing high-level administrative, operational, and communications assistance to ensure the division's objectives are met efficiently. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, facilitate procurement, and monitor budgets while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Manage internal and external correspondence, coordinate executive communications, and ensure information flow within the division.\n- Provide high-level administrative assistance, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and overseeing office coordination.\n- Facilitate daily operational workflows to maintain divisional efficiency and organizational standards.\n- Track expenditures, monitor financial reports, and assist in budget planning and oversight.\n- Manage procurement processes, handle related documentation, and coordinate with vendors to meet divisional needs.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Completion of secondary education (KCSE or equivalent) is required. Preference is given to candidates with technical or university-level courses in Administrative Studies, Business & Management, Public Administration, or related fields.\n- A minimum of six (6) years of relevant administrative or clerical work experience is required.
