We are looking for a highly professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Management Team while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Office Operations & Coordination: Oversee daily office activities to ensure efficiency and order.\n- Manage the executive calendar and handle complex scheduling.\n- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle all logistics for the management team.\n- Act as a primary point of contact and manage internal and external communications.\n- Prepare professional documents, presentations, and comprehensive reports.\n- Coordinate meetings and ensure accurate recording of minutes.\n- Maintain records and manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.\n- Represent the management team in various stakeholder interactions.\n- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and company programs.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\n- An Advanced Secretarial Certificate or Diploma is an added advantage.\n- 3–5 years of professional experience in an executive support or similar administrative role.\n- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of discretion and professionalism.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the provided link which redirects to the official application portal.
