Role Overview
Blue Ventures is seeking two Executive Assistants to join the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). These roles provide high-level administrative support to three ELT members each, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. This position is remote-based and acts as a trusted partner to the ELT, facilitating the success of the Chief Executive Officer and the broader organization. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, resourceful, and capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to three ELT members.
Manage and coordinate complex schedules and calendars.
Organize and facilitate meetings and events involving internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for executive members.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Serve as a primary point of contact and partner to ELT members to streamline communications.
Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proven ability to manage complex logistical schedules and itineraries.
Excellent communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
High degree of adaptability and resourcefulness.
Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive documentation.
