Stellar Human Resource Solutions is a Human Resource Management Consulting Company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Event Planner / Events Coordinator to join the team. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing various types of events with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including corporate functions and social events.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
Organize event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and vendor management.
Ensure events are executed smoothly, on time, and within the specified budget.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and positive feedback.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Event Management.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively; excellent client management and communication skills.
Experience Type: Practical experience in coordinating both corporate and social events.
