The Estate Manager is responsible for running the daily operations of Unity Silver Hill Estate to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for residents, coordinate on-site staff, and maintain the estate's high standards of functionality and cleanliness.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Run the daily operations of Unity Silver Hill Estate.\n- Act as a first point of contact for residents’ inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints.\n- Assist in coordinating on-site staff including security, cleaners, gardeners, and other service providers.\n- Monitor cleanliness, landscaping, and general upkeep of common areas.\n- Assist in enforcing estate rules, policies, and standard operating procedures.\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date estate records, registers, and logs.\n- Compile basic daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.\n- Assist in coordinating maintenance works, inspections, and minor repairs.\n- Support resident communication through notices, WhatsApp messages, emails, and circulars.\n- Assist in organising community engagements and events.\n- Support data collection on incidents, complaints, and service performance.\n- Escalate operational issues to the Assistant General Manager when required.\n- Assist the Estate Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Community Development, or a related field.\n- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.\n- Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills.\n- Customer Service–Oriented Mindset.\n- Ability to Work Independently and Take Initiative.\n- Basic Reporting and Record-Keeping Skills.\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Email).\n- Experience in administration, customer service, or property management is an added advantage.\n- Trained ISO 9001:2015 awareness is an added advantage.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply through the Unity Homes portal at https://www.myjobmag.co.ke/apply-now/1230108.
