Job Description
Mukiria Technical Training Institution is seeking a qualified Estate Manager to oversee the maintenance, repairs, renovations, and construction activities within the institute.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing maintenance, repairs, and renovation of projects in the Institute.
Preparing maintenance schedules and budgets.
Supervising contracted construction works and service providers in the Institute.
Overseeing repairs of facilities and developing health and safety reports to ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards.
Maintaining accurate records for all machines and equipment for accountability and planning purpose.
Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
A Diploma in Building Technology/Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least two years of relevant working experience.
Accredited by National Construction Authority as supervisor of works.
Proficiency in architectural construction software will be an added advantage.
Good leadership and supervisory skills.
Good conflict and problem-solving skills.
Good communication/interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications.
