Enterprise Mid-Market Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME customers within an assigned territory.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of business connectivity and digital solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and new business acquisition targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Record all customer engagements and opportunities within the sales pipeline system.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including customer visits, proposals issued, and leads generated.
• Share meeting recap notes with customers after engagements.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop customer solutions.
• Participate in sales activations, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or SME sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Experience using CRM or sales pipeline management tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology or telecommunications solutions will be an added advantage.
