The County Government of Nyeri is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Engineer II (Agricultural). The successful candidate will be responsible for executing engineering activities, coordinating soil and water conservation programs, managing mechanization extension, and handling agro-processing initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation of agricultural engineering activities
Implementation of programmes in soil and water conservation
Supporting mechanization extension and agro-processing initiatives
Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements for Appointment
Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
Hold KCPE and KCSE Certificates (Attach certificates)
Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in a field of Agricultural Engineering (such as Soil and Water, Mechanization/Farm Power) from a recognized institution
Possess relevant experience of two (2) years and above (Attach evidence)
