Impact Hub Nairobi (IHN) is seeking an Ecosystem Officer to support the Advancing Agricultural Circularity (AAC) project, an initiative driving entrepreneurship, circular and regenerative food systems, and climate innovation. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Nairobi and involves a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder coordination and ecosystem building, supporting convenings, and translating insights into actionable pilots and policy influence.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Support curated ecosystem convenings and events.\n- Manage partnerships and facilitate working groups.\n- Track and identify collaboration opportunities within the agricultural and climate innovation sectors.\n- Translate ecosystem insights into actionable pilots, policy influence strategies, and enterprise growth support.\n- Coordinate stakeholders to achieve project objectives related to circular and regenerative food systems.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.\n- Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and providing support for convenings.\n- Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality briefs, reports, and meeting notes.\n- Passion for or experience in circular economy, regenerative agriculture, and climate innovation.\n\n### How to Apply\nTo apply, please submit the following to :\n- A CV (2–3 pages)\n- A 1-page cover letter outlining your experience in stakeholder coordination and convening support\n- One writing sample (2–3 pages: brief, report excerpt, meeting note, or similar)\n\n March 3rd, 2026 at 11:00 (EAT)
