Triggerise is a non-profit that motivates users – primarily young women and adolescent girls – to make positive choices. We use nudges like reminders, discounts, in-person and digital follow-ups, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use healthy products and services. We also support them in becoming entrepreneurs and adding value to their communities.
The Role
The Ecosystem Coordinator will work closely with all actors across Tiko Ecosystems to tackle any first-line non-technical questions they may have. You and your team will also visit ecosystems across the country to do regular in-person checkups with actors.
Responsibilities
Actor Support: Responding to questions asked by actors across ecosystems via phone, internet, and other sources. You will solve issues within your capabilities and escalate other matters to the right internal team.
Compliance: Ensuring that branding has been done correctly at each actor location and providing support where compliance issues are identified.
Coordination: Coordinating activities with other field teams to ensure work runs smoothly and effectively.
Fraud Mitigation: Identifying, preventing, responding to, and mitigating any kind of fraud in the ecosystems you work in. This involves flagging and reporting suspicious activity or breaches of code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
Expansion: Mapping and setting up new Tiko ecosystems, including finding and contracting all new actors.
Requirements and Skills
Location: You are currently based in Nyamira, Kenya (Mandatory).
Education: A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
Programming Experience: Experience in Mental Health, HIV, and Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming, whether in clinical or program settings.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in a similar area.
Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging, and application use. Salesforce experience is considered a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Brilliant interpersonal skills, approachable nature, problem-solver mindset, and the ability to innovate work processes.
