Role Summary
The Ecommerce Lead at Pharmaplus Pharmacies is responsible for owning website performance, conversion strategies, and monetization. The role focuses on optimizing the digital shopping experience to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement and oversee strategies to improve the website's conversion rate.
Catalog Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
User Experience: Continuously improve the user journey by focusing on UX/UI enhancements.
Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless stock management and order fulfillment.
Data-Driven Testing: Run A/B testing to validate website changes and optimize performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Conversion Rate
Average Order Value (AOV)
Cart Abandonment Rate (including recovery via Email Marketing)
Revenue per visitor
Checkout completion rate
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Proven understanding of e-commerce operations and digital sales strategies.
Proficiency in managing product listings and online promotional activities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret web metrics.
Ability to provide a portfolio of previous work.
