Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation: Drive assigned vehicles to transport staff, guests, and authorized persons safely and efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: Manage passenger safety, vehicle integrity, and ensure strict adherence to traffic rules at all times.
• Maintenance: Initiate daily safety and maintenance checks, analyze vehicle performance, and report malfunctions promptly.
• Upkeep: Implement cleanliness and upkeep standards to maintain a professional vehicle environment.
• Operations: Support operational efficiency by executing purchases and deliveries as instructed.
• Cost Efficiency: Reduce maintenance costs through safe and careful driving practices.
• Documentation: Maintain current vehicle documentation, including insurance display, while observing traffic regulations.
• Incident Management: Resolve incidents by immediately reporting accidents or near-misses to supervisors and following required procedures.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties assigned by management, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Education: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Licensing: Valid Kenyan driving license Class ‘BCE’ with PSV endorsement.
• Legal: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya police.
• Experience: At least five (5) years of professional car driving experience.
• Added Advantage: First aid training.
