Director, Commercial Services

Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Service Excellence: Ensure the provision of timely and high-quality services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Commercial Operations Management: Oversee and supervise commercial aspects of operations, specifically meter reading, billing, and customer enrollment processes.
• Revenue Management: Ensure timely, complete, and accurate billing of services and efficient revenue collection.
• Strategic Planning: Develop short and long-term business strategies and operating plans that reflect the company’s strategic goals and priorities.
• Information Systems: Maintain and improve comprehensive commercial information systems, including an up-to-date customer database, to achieve customer base objectives.
• Policy Development: Formulate and implement directorate policies, procedures, and action plans in alignment with the overall company mission.
• Customer Charter Implementation: Develop and execute a modern customer service charter aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Advanced Education: A Master’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related business field.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
• Management Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in a senior management role.
• Sector Expertise: Proven experience in Public Sector Management is essential.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated track record of high performance and leadership in previous professional roles.
