Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, the Direct Sales Representative (DSR) will be responsible for creating demand for AA Kenya's products and services to potential customers and closing sales. Successful candidates will be offered a monthly retainer plus a performance-based commission.
Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion: Promote and sell AA Kenya products and services.
Lead Generation: Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed established sales targets.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Branch Support: Support branch marketing activities.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree qualification in any business-related field.
Experience: Experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attributes: Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
