Caritas Microfinance Bank is looking for Direct Sales Representatives who will be responsible for ensuring quality service to customers, effective utilization of marketing tools, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The role involves meeting with clients in person to drive sales and representing the bank's financial service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Pitch and explain the types of financial services provided to potential clients while guiding them through the buying process.
Customer Education: Educate clients and answer questions about products to ensure they buy products that best suit their needs.
Product Advisory: Advice clients to ensure that they buy products that best suit them.
Sales Targets: Assist in selling various Caritas Microfinance Bank products and ensuring optimal level of customer services through various sales calls and interactions.
Compliance: Administer and ensure compliance with all sale objectives and manage selling in a professional manner.
Relationship Management: Monitor customer queries and ensure a timely response to all issues; coordinate with customers regarding company plans and provide detailed quotes for all required information.
Market Intelligence: Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze advantages and disadvantages for various products; research new market opportunities and techniques.
Administration: Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
Tool Utilization: Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources.
General Duties: To perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization's goals and objective.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education: Degree in any field from a recognized Institution.
Experience: A previous experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
Proven Track Record: Have a proven track record of success in sales-related fields.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy.
Soft Skills: Good customer care skills, strong communication skills, and a confident and resilient personality.
