Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to market and sell company products and services in a professional manner. The role involves adhering to finance controls, processes, and policies within the retail operations mandate. Candidates with experience in Fixed Internet have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Achieve targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Monitoring: Track Telkom's inventory and consignment stock daily to ensure accurate physical and movement records.
Financial Management: Manage daily cash floats and account for daily sales.
Customer Experience: Implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.
Technical Support: Provide configuration support for data devices to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales. Experience in Fixed Internet is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Customer focus, networking, influencing, negotiating, and analytical thinking.
