The Digital Marketing Officer will manage and grow the company's digital brand presence across all social media platforms, deliver social media marketing services to a key client account, support business development through targeted outreach, and coordinate front office operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a creative, commercially minded professional ready to take ownership.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n\n* Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.\n* Design and produce professional social media graphics, posts, and short-form video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, and CapCut.\n* Write engaging captions and copy aligned to each brand's tone and audience.\n* Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance across platforms.\n* Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and interactions.\n\n\n* Manage social media content for an assigned client account on a retainer basis.\n* Deliver monthly content calendars, graphics, and copy to agreed timelines.\n* Coordinate content reviews and approvals with the client team.\n\n\n* Conduct structured cold email and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.\n* Maintain a lead pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.\n* Schedule discovery calls between prospective clients and company leadership.\n\n\n* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.\n* Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for leadership.\n\n\n* Track and compile monthly performance reports across social media platforms (reach, engagement, follower growth, link clicks).\n* Use insights to recommend content optimizations and strategy adjustments.\n\n\n* Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all content — ensuring fonts, colors, tone, and messaging stay consistent across company and client channels.\n\n### Requirements\n* Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.\n* Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, and CapCut to create clean, brand-consistent graphics and short-form video content.\n* Practical knowledge of social media tools for business and content marketing.\n* Strong written English — confident writing captions, outreach emails, and professional copy.\n* Organised and self-directed — able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.\n* Experience managing a brand's social media page or working in an agency environment is an advantage.\n* An interest in or familiarity with technology and B2B services is a plus.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the following link:
