Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the operational execution of Hope Media’s digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, OTT, and mobile platforms. The role ensures campaigns are implemented efficiently, monitored for performance, and optimized to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and digital revenue growth. A key aspect of this role is ensuring all activities uphold Hope Media’s Christian values, brand integrity, and ministry objectives while supporting the strategic goals of the organization. This position reports to the Brand and Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Implement day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, OTT, and mobile platforms.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance against KPIs and optimize for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize both paid and organic campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
Revenue Support: Assist digital revenue initiatives, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards; prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with content and production teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Engagement: Manage social media interaction, monitor audience feedback, and respond to online interactions.
Brand Storytelling: Support influencer collaborations, branding, and digital storytelling aligned with the mission.
Innovation: Identify and implement new tools and technologies, such as AI-driven marketing and social commerce, to enhance efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to brand guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Faith: Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
Education: A Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a Diploma with professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution, preferably within a media environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital platforms, SEO/SEM, social media management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Soft Skills: Strong operational, organizational, and time-management skills; proactive problem-solving and team-oriented approach.
Added Advantage: Experience in digital marketing and brand management within a broadcast media environment; exposure to digital revenue or conversion optimization.
