Job Description
Reeds Africa Consult (RAC) is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing activities to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Design professional graphics and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
Schedule and manage content calendars across various social media platforms.
Grow followers, engagement, and reach through organic strategies.
Support Google Marketing activities, including Google Ads, SEO basics, and analytics tracking.
Monitor social media performance and prepare concise performance reports.
Assist with website updates and advert postings.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Respond to inquiries on products and services from interested customers on social platforms.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related course.
1–3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
Proficient in IT, specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Experience with Google Marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics).
Deep understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
