This role is for a Digital Marketer working with our client, a premium short-term accommodation operator offering stylish, guest-centric Airbnb experiences in Nairobi (specifically Ruaka). As the business expands its digital presence, the Digital Marketer will be a creative, data-driven professional tasked with increasing visibility, driving bookings, and strengthening the online reputation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Optimize and manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking platforms.
- Manage and grow social media profiles across relevant channels.
- Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
- Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with guest reviews to enhance digital reputation.
- Build and maintain partnerships with related businesses and brands.
- Respond promptly to digital inquiries and leads.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (hospitality or real estate preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and content creation.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Airbnb and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
- Tools: Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and analytics tools.
- Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
