The Tupande Digital Marketing Coordinator role is vital for ensuring that farmers are aware of Tupande and the products and services offered through various digital channels, ultimately helping the business convert them into customers. The coordinator is expected to collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
- Handle end-to-end paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Meta), Google Ads, and any other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Create engaging content in collaboration with Design, Field Comms, and content creators to ensure that the online audience interacts and performs desired actions.
- Research and promote new and innovative ways and platforms the business can reach the desired target audience and maximize results from both a Return on Investment (ROI) and Social Return on Investment (SROI) perspective.
Analytics
- Develop trackers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Draft stepback reports analyzing campaign performance to inform future marketing decisions.
- Develop monthly sentiment and progress reports highlighting what farmers are saying online, and share these insights with relevant stakeholders to enable quick pivoting and improve the farmer experience.
Project Management
- Develop and maintain the digital advertising calendar.
- Develop the pillars for the organic digital marketing calendar, working in conjunction with Global Communications and Field Teams.
- Map out and execute program-specific projects on digital platforms, based on predefined goals and country program needs.
People Management
- Collaborate with department stakeholders to ensure that the content running on social media channels is aligned with the organizational calendar.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to guarantee that key objectives and goals are met in a timely and concise manner.
