We are looking for a Digital Commercial & Revenue Growth Lead to own the total online revenue, growth strategy, and team performance.
Core Responsibilities
Total Ecommerce Revenue: Assume full ownership and accountability for all e-commerce revenue streams.
Growth Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy covering customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
Strategic Alignment: Align marketing, operations, and technology departments to ensure unified commercial goals.
Budget Management: Manage budgets across advertisements, digital tools, and marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and scale the capabilities of the digital team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Total online revenue growth.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Conversion rate optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Experience in digital commerce and revenue growth management.
Capability to manage budgets for ads, tools, and campaigns.
Ability to provide a portfolio of previous digital or commercial work.
Possession of relevant academic certificates.
