The Deputy Director – Risk Management supports the development and implementation of risk management frameworks to safeguard institutional operations at the Teachers Service Commission.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing risk management policies and frameworks.
Identifying and assessing operational, financial, and strategic risks.
Monitoring institutional risk indicators and mitigation strategies.
Coordinating risk management reviews across departments.
Supporting development of institutional risk registers.
Advising management on risk mitigation strategies.
Monitoring compliance with risk management procedures.
Preparing risk management reports and assessments.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Candidates must be at TSC Grade 5 level.
Solid understanding of risk management policies and institutional frameworks.
Relevant professional experience in a risk management or internal audit function.
