Job Description
The County Government of Bomet is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Deputy Director Human Resource Management (CPSB 04). This is a senior leadership position within the county's public service structure, aimed at overseeing and enhancing human resource functions to ensure an efficient and compliant workforce.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or any of the social sciences from a recognized university.
A Master’s degree in an HR-related field, Administration, Public Administration, or any related field from a recognized institution will be considered an added advantage.
Completion of a Senior Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks.
Proficiency in computer application skills.
Must be a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing.
Must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 (on leadership and integrity).
